This Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of January 27, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) between DESTINATION XL GROUP, INC. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation with an office at 555 Turnpike Street, Canton, Massachusetts 02021 (“DXLG” which term includes any affiliates and subsidiaries), and DARA PAUKER (the “Executive”) having an address at 300 West 23rd Street, Apt 7G, New York, NY 10011.
