(f/k/a ASHLAND GLOBAL HOLDINGS INC.), Delaware corporation (“Ashland Global”), VALVOLINE INC., (a Kentucky corporation) (“Valvoline”). Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given them in the Tax Matters Agreement referred to below.
