This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into on January 6, 2023 by and between Annexon, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Dean Richard Artis (“Executive” and, together with the Company, the “Parties”). This Agreement supersedes in its entirety that certain offer letter between Executive and the Company dated as of December 12, 2022 (“Offer Letter”).
