HilleVax, Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to continue to offer you a position on the terms set forth in this amended and restated offer letter (this “Agreement”). This Agreement is entered into effective January 6, 2023 and amends and restates in its entirety the offer letter between the Company and you that was dated November 16, 2021 (the “Prior Agreement”).
