THIS AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) dated March 31, 2023, is entered into by and between LIQUIDITY SERVICES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”), and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“Bank”).
