This Second Amended and Restated Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of April 16, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) between DESTINATION XL GROUP, INC. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation with an office at 555 Turnpike Street, Canton, Massachusetts 02021 (“DXLG” which term includes any affiliates and subsidiaries), and ANTHONY J. GAETA (the “Executive”) having an address at 14 Quail Run Road, Bridgewater, MA 02324.
