AMENDED & RESTATED TERM LOAN CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of March 9, 2021 (this “Agreement”), and amended by Amendment No. 1, dated as of June 8, 2023, by and among Leslie’s Poolmart, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), Leslie’s, Inc., a Delaware corporation (f/k/a Leslie’s Holdings, Inc.)
