Bank has extended to Borrower a loan (the “Loan”) in the original principal amount of $17,033,000 pursuant to that certain Loan Agreement dated as of December 14, 2020 (as amended, the “Loan Agreement”), and evidenced by that certain Promissory Note dated December 14, 2020 (as amended, the “Note”). The unpaid principal balance of the Loan as of the date hereof is $17,244,181.43.
