This AMENDED AND RESTATED CSG MASTER SUBSCRIBER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the last day signed by a Party below but is effective as of 1st day of January, 2022, (“Effective Date”) between CSG Systems, Inc.®, a Delaware corporation with offices at 6175 S.
