FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, One Stop Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), hereby grants to the Participant named below, an Award of Restricted Stock Units (the “RSU Award”), upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in that Employment Agreement entered into by and between the Company and the Participant named below on [DATE] (the “Employment Agreement”) and this Restricted Stock Unit Notice of Grant (the “Grant Notice”).
