This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) dated as of February 20, 2024 is made and entered into by and between Mark E. Seaton (“Executive”) and First American Financial Corporation (“Employer”). In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, the parties agree as follows:
