By this Amended and Restated Executive Severance Agreement dated and effective as of April 1, 2020 (the “Agreement”), Alcoa Corporation (the “Company”), and [NAME], who has been designated as an officer of the Company by the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) (“ Executive”), intending to be legally bound, and for good and valuable consideration, agree as follows:
