The date of the grant, the number of shares of Common Stock of the Company to be paid to Holder under the Award (“Performance Shares”), the minimum, target and maximum goals (“Performance Measures”) and the period during which the Performance Measures may be achieved (the “Performance Period”), are provided in a separate notice outlining specifics of the Award (the “Award Notice”) and on the Plan’s online administrative system.
