This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 19, 2023 by and between Sensei Biotherapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) and Stephanie Krebs (the “Executive”). This Agreement amends, restates, and supersedes in its entirety the Term Sheet between the Company and Executive dated September 28, 2023 (the “Prior Agreement”).
