This Amended and Restated Change-in-Control Executive Severance Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of August 16, 2023 to be effective as of August 1, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between PHX Minerals Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Chad L.
