This SEPARATION AGREEMENT AND GENERAL RELEASE OF CLAIMS (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Petco Animal Supplies Stores, Inc. (the “Company”), Darren MacDonald (“Executive”), and solely for purposes of Section 2(c), Scooby LP (“Scooby”).
