This License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of May 14, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Medshine Discovery Inc. (“Medshine”), a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the People’s Republic of China and Erasca, Inc. (“Erasca”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
