This JOINT VENTURE CONTRACT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 9, 2024 (the “Agreement Date”), between Surf Air Mobility Inc. a Delaware corporation, located at 12111 S. Crenshaw Blvd., Hawthorne, CA 90250 (“Surf Air”) and Palantir Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation located at 1200 17th Street, Floor 15, Denver, Colorado 80202 (“Palantir”) (together the “Participants”).
