(“Pledgor”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings specified in the Loan Agreement (as hereinafter defined), and Borrower, Lender and Pledgor are sometimes singularly referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively referred to as “Parties”).
