PhoneTel Technologies, Inc. EMPLOYMENT AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of June 11, 1998, by and between Tammy Martin ("Employee") and PhoneTel Technologies, Inc., an Ohio corporation (the "Company").
