SECOND SUPPLEMENT TO INVESTMENT AGREEMENT SECOND SUPPLEMENT TO INVESTMENT AGREEMENT, dated as of July 2, 1998 (this "Second Supplement"), among Complete Wellness Centers, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), Imprimis Investors LLC ("Imprimis") and Wexford Spectrum Investors LLC (together with Imprimis, the "Investors").
