This Personal Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into this 15th day of December, 2004, by and between College Partnership, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company") with its principal place of business at 333 South Allison Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80226, and J. Wade Mezey, Esq., LL.M. ("Executive") to be effective as of December 15th, 2004 (the "Effective Date").
