CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of May 12, 2011 (as it may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time, this “ Agreement ”) by and among SCHWEITZER-MAUDUIT INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation, (“ Parent ” or “ U.S. Borrower ”), SCHWEITZER-MAUDUIT RTL PHILIPPINES INC., a Philippines corporation, (“ SWM Philippines ” and, together with U.S. Borrower, the “ Borrowers ” and, individually, each a “ Borrower ”), the LENDERS that are a party hereto, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Administrative Agent, J.P.
