This Restricted Stock Unit Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Insperity, Inc. (the “Company”) and (the “Grantee”), an employee of the Company or one of its Subsidiaries, regarding an award (this “Award”) of restricted stock units, each representing one share of Common Stock (as defined in the Insperity, Inc.
