This Agreement, effective on the 30th day of June, 2008 (the "Effective Date") is made between SensAble Technologies Inc®, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware ("Manufacturer" or "SensAble") and Remedent, Inc. ("OEM”) a corporation organized under the laws after state of Nevada (with primary operating offices in Belgium). The parties agree to enter into an OEM relationship whereby OEM integrates SensAble product into an OEM system.
