THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement’) is made and entered into as of the 10th day of January 2020, by and between Eagle Financial Services, Inc., a Virginia corporation (the “Corporation”) and Kathleen J. Chappell (“Employee”). This Agreement amends and restates the employment agreement entered into as of April 17, 2013.
