Research Park Way, Suite 181, North Logan, Utah 84341 (herein called the “Company”), and Arden A. Kelton, Ph.D. residing at 332 West Bluegrass Way, P. O. Box 354, Garden City, Utah 84028 (herein called the “Employee”).
