CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of April 14, 2017 (as amended by Amendment No. 1, dated as of August 24, 2021, this “Agreement”), among MSC INDUSTRIAL DIRECT CO., INC., a New York corporation (the “Borrower”), the several banks and other financial institutions or entities from time to time parties to this Agreement (the “Lenders”) and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as Administrative Agent.
