This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective as of January 20, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Forward Industries, Inc., having its principal place of business at 477 Rosemary Ave., Ste. 219, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 (the “Company”) and Michael LuetKemeyer (“Executive,” and the Company and the Executive collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
