This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made this 24th day of September, 2019 but effective as of October 8, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the MOHEGAN TRIBAL GAMING AUTHORITY d/b/a MOHEGAN GAMING & ENTERTAINMENT (the “Employer”), an instrumentality of THE MOHEGAN TRIBE OF INDIANS OF CONNECTICUT (the “Tribe”), a sovereign Indian nation, having an address of One Mohegan Sun Boulevard, Uncasville, Connecticut 06382, and MICHAEL SILBERLING, residing at 47 Steamboat Wharf, Mystic, Connecticut 06355 (the “Executive”).
