First Supplemental Indenture (this “Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of July 23, 2021, among Mohegan Digital, LLC and Mohegan Digital Services, LLC (each, a “Guarantor” and collectively, the “Guarantors”), the Authority (as defined in the Indenture referred to herein), the Tribe (as defined in the Indenture referred to herein) and U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee under the Indenture referred to herein (the “Trustee”).
