Third Supplemental Indenture (this “Third Supplemental Indenture”), dated as of May 31, 2018 among HC2 Broadcasting Intermediate Holdings Inc. (the “Guaranteeing Subsidiary”), a subsidiary of HC2 Holdings, Inc.
