Agreement dated as of April 8, 2020 (this “Agreement”), among KVH Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), Vintage Capital Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Vintage Capital”), and Kahn Capital Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Kahn Capital” and together with Vintage Capital, the “Investors”).
