This Acquisition Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into on October 26, 2010, by and between Great East Bottles & Drinks (China) Holdings, a Florida corporation (“Great East”), and Water Scientific Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong company (“Water Scientific”) and Wong Heong Kin, the owner and shareholder of Water Scientific (the “Shareholder”).
