THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made and entered this 28th day of July, 2011, with an effective date (the “Effective Date”) of August 8, 2011 between Atomic Paintball, Inc., a Texas corporation whose principal place of business 2600 Southlake Blvd., Southlake, Texas (the "Corporation") and Don Mark Dominey, an individual whose address is 18 Ridgewood Drive, Trophy Club, Texas (the "Executive").
