This letter sets forth the agreement between Tatonka Energy, Inc., an Oklahoma Corporation and parent company of Phy.Med., Inc. (the "Company", which term shall any subsidiaries), and Joe Foor, a Texas resident ("Foor") and CCDC, Inc.
