This Option is exercisable immediately, in whole or in part; provided, however, that exercise of any unvested Optioned Stock is conditioned upon the Optionee signing a Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement (see Exhibit C-1). The Shares subject to this Option shall vest or be released from the Company’s repurchase option, as set forth in the Restricted Stock Purchase Agreement, according to the following schedule:
