This Agreement is made as of this 15th day of August 2002, by and between Steve Cordial, whose residence is located at 31704 Saddletree Drive, Westlake Village, CA 91361 (hereafter “Executive”) and Somera Communications, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal location at 5383 Hollister Avenue, Santa Barbara, California 93111 (hereafter “Company”).
