Unless otherwise defined herein, the terms defined in the 2000 Stock Option Plan shall have the same defined meanings in this Option Agreement.

This Option may be exercised for three (3) months after termination of employment or such longer period as may be applicable upon death or disability of Optionee as provided in the Plan, but in no event later than the Term/Expiration Date as provided above.
