This employment agreement (this "Agreement"), dated as of January 1, 2008 (the "Effective Date"), is made by and between Fortress Financial Group, Inc., a Wyoming corporation (the "Company"), and Pete Bezzano (the "Non Executive") (each, a "Party" and together, the "Parties").
