THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 4th day of June, 2012 but shall be effective as of March 22, 2012 (the “Start Date”), by and between MEL INTERIANO (the “Executive”) and SUNOVIA ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a corporation currently headquartered in Sarasota, Florida (the “Company”).

This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is dated as of June 4, 2012 and is made by and between SUNOVIA ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES INC., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) and VM5 VENTURES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Consultant”).
