THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) of NRI REAL TOKEN LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Partnership”), is entered into on October 12, 2023 by NRI REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AND TECHNOLOGY, INC., a Maryland corporation (in its capacity as the general partner of the Partnership, the “General Partner”), for itself and on behalf of all limited partners of the Partnership.
