This REGISTRY AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is entered into as of December 1, 2024 by and between Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation ("ICANN"), and VeriSign, Inc. a Delaware corporation (“Verisign”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the Registry Agreement, dated December 1, 2012 by and between ICANN and Verisign, as amended by the First Amendment to the .COM Registry Agreement, dated October 20, 2016, the Second Amendment to the .COM Registry Agreement, dated March 27, 2019, and the Third Amendment to the .COM Registry Agreement, dated March 27, 2020, by and between ICANN and Verisign (collectively, the “Prior Agreement”).
