THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into effective as set forth in this Agreement by and between Antares Pharma, Inc. a Minnesota corporation, (the "Company"), and Jack E. Stover (the "Officer"). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Company desires to employ the Officer in the capacity as set forth in this Agreement; and WHEREAS, the Officer is willing to accept employment on the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION of the premises and of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the Company and the Officer hereby agree as follows:
