THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into this 11th day of March, 2008 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Antares Pharma, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Jack E. Stover (the “Executive”).
