THIS AMENDMENT is made as of July 31, 2002 (the “Effective Date”), by and between PFPC INC., a Massachusetts corporation (“PFPC”), PACIFIC LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a life insurance company domiciled in California (“Pacific Life”), PACIFIC FUNDS, a Delaware business trust (the “Fund”), and COLLEGE SAVINGS TRUST, a Montana trust company having its principal place of business in Helena, Montana (the “Trustee”).
