This Confidential Separation Agreement and General Release of All Claims ("Agreement") is entered into between Hibbett Sporting Goods, Inc. ("Hibbett"), and its predecessors, successors, assigns, affiliates, subsidiaries and related entities, (hereinafter "Employer") and Rebecca A. Jones (hereinafter "Employee").
