THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into this 31st day of July, 2008 and shall become effective upon the date the Transaction, as described below, is consummated (the “Effective Date”), by and between LaSalle Bank, N.A., a national banking association, with offices located at 101 S.
