THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT(the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 20th day of January, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), between SimplePons, Inc., a Delaware corporation, whose principal place of business is 2200 Congress Park Drive, Suite 304, Delray Beach, FL 33445 (the “Company”) and Wei-Ken Seto, an individual whose mailing address is __________________________________ (the “Executive”).
