This SUPPORT SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of August 10, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), is entered by and between OCWEN MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC., a United States Virgin Islands corporation (together with its parent and subsidiaries “OCWEN”) and ALTISOURCE SOLUTIONS S.à r.l., a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (together with its parent and subsidiaries “ALTISOURCE”). Each of ALTISOURCE and OCWEN may be referred to individually as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
